Shipping

All orders ship from the United States in insulated, temperature-stable packaging. Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday through Friday are dispatched the same business day.

Shipping is a flat $12, and free on orders over $150. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Returns & refunds

Because our compounds are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns once a parcel has been delivered.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, email support@hapiproducts.com within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

Research use only

Every product sold by Hapi is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order and respond to your messages. We never sell customer data, and you can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@hapiproducts.com.
